This piece has such a gorgeous open-face shape. The front is packed with pale to medium lavender amethyst crystals, and the cavity through the center gives it that true geode look instead of reading like a simple cluster. The crystals are lighter overall, but there are enough larger points mixed into the druzy to keep the surface really sparkly and dimensional.
The agate banding around the edges is doing serious work too. You get these cream, gray-green, and rusty orange outlines tracing the amethyst growth, almost like a natural frame around the crystal pocket. From the side, that contrast is even more obvious and gives the whole specimen a really layered geological look.
