This Epidote and Quartz cluster is absolutely loaded with olive-green epidote growth, much of it sparkling across the surface in a fine metallic-looking shimmer. Underneath all that green, quartz crystals crowd together in layers of points, faces, and little crystal pockets, so the specimen has an incredible amount of texture from every direction.
Some areas are almost completely dressed in epidote, while others open up into clear quartz growth with green tucked into the spaces between. The result is one of those pieces that definitely has a SOLD sign in a fairy garden neighborhood.
